At Broadway Trophies & Engraving, we strive to provide you with exceptional products and services. We understand that occasionally, returns may be necessary. Please review our returns policy below for more information on our guidelines and procedures.

General Returns:

  1. You may return non-engraved items purchased from our website within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@broadway-engraving.co.uk. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Permanently Engraved Items:

  1. Please note that items that have been permanently engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. We encourage you to review all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs, if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping:

  1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product).
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment for your records.

Please note that Broadway Engraving reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or were not authorised through our customer support team.
